Learn How to Pray Together
Most of the couples I've spoken with pray for each other, and that's good to hear. During their time of prayer, they pray individually for each other. That is a great thing to do. Everyone should pray for their spouse.
But there is a difference between praying FOR your spouse and WITH your spouse. Praying with your spouse creates spiritual intimacy, the greatest and most important of all intimacies, and invites God directly into your marriage relationship.
How about you? If you are married, when was the last time you held hands or hugged your spouse and prayed for each other together? Apparently, praying with your spouse is not as easy as it sounds.
